Southern University Bangladesh is committed to academic excellence and moral responsibility. Student welfare promotes mental and social wellbeing, ensures equal learning opportunities, and supports early intervention for learning difficulties. Every staff member plays a role in this mission.
Offers individual instruction, group teaching, and classroom co-teaching. Tailored to support students with reading/writing difficulties, social skills, confidence, and motivation issues.
Scholarships are awarded based on morality and GPA (minimum 3.75). Reviewed each semester. Failure to maintain GPA may result in withdrawal.
Southern sends top postgraduate students abroad each year for higher studies, with plans to appoint them as future faculty members.
Eligibility: Enrolled students only, after 1st semester, minimum CGPA 3.00. Diploma and executive students not eligible.
University psychologist available for consultations on study-related stress, emotional issues, relationships, or life transitions. Guardians can also seek support.
Supports student health through education, assessments, and referrals. First aid is provided on campus. Note: medical treatment is not included.
